How Do I Place An Order?
We set out to make the ordering and payment for our merchandise as simple and secure as possible. Once you are in the store, simply select the items and quantity you wish to purchase. You will then be led through a series of steps to complete your order, including providing shipping and payment information. When completed and the final order submitted, you will receive an itemized confirmation sent to your email address. All you have to do then is sit back and wait for your order to be delivered to your doorstep. It’s that easy!
Payment & Shipping
All payments for merchandise from The Verve Pipe can be made by using a major credit card or through PayPal. Domestic and international orders are fulfilled and shipped from Grand Rapids, Michigan within 2-3 business days. A shipping and handling fee of $6.00 is added to each order shipped via ground within the continental United States, with expected delivery to their destination within 2-8 business days. For all domestic orders, customers also have the option of using an overnight delivery service for a flat shipping and handling rate of $25.00. All international orders will be charged a flat shipping and handling rate of $40.00 for delivery within 4-10 days. The Verve Pipe is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, international tariffs, taxes or delays associated with delivering goods to territories or countries outside of the United States.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
To insure the security and confidentially of ordering and personal information, online payments are limited to the major credit card companies and PayPal. All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with SSL Software, which encrypts the information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. The Verve Pipe only receives information necessary for fulfillment of the actual order, i.e. items, color, quantity and shipping information. We absolutely do not receive any payment information, including your personal credit card information.
Returns & Refunds
We’re not a big online store with strict corporate policies, we’re just a rock band that wants the fans who buy our stuff to be delighted with the quality of our merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of having received your order to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that we can only accept returns in like-new condition – garments must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn - for a full refund or exchange. Refunds, inclusive of the shipping and handling fee, will be credited in 7-10 days to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
